Getting Started
Hannah's House is required by California Rules of
Court 5.20 to complete an initial
intake and orientation process before services can actually begin.
Here are the steps in the process: Step 1 -Phone Screening
Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm or by appointment
$0 Step 2 - Intake/Orientation Class for
Parents/Guardians & Children Tuesday 4:30-5:30pm
Supervised Exchange Orientation
Tuesday
6:00 - 8:00pm Supervised Visit Orientation
$55 for each adult legal party - Supervised Visits
$0 for children's Turtle Tour
$30 for each transport person & each adult legal party - Supervised
Exchanges
$75 for specially-scheduled individual orientation
for parents/guardians
Step 3 - Legal Review Supervised Visits
All paperwork must be available in the client file before
scheduling can be done, including Court
Orders, Family Court Service (FCS) Reports, Domestic Violence (DV)
Orders, Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders, Child Protective
Services (CPS) Documents, Releases of Information, Proof of Income
Information, signed Rules & Guidelines Legal
Review & Scheduling for Supervised Exchanges is expedited if both
parties agree on the schedule and there are no Restraining Orders in
place. All DV filings must be provided in advance of the first
exchange.

Both parties must agree to schedule
The goal is permanent time slots for routine and consistency!

Financially Responsible Party Pays based on
Sliding Fee Scale Step 6 -
Court Reports: parties split the costs
1-15 activity reports = $100
16-30 activity reports = $150
31-45 activity reports = $200
45 -60 activity reports = $250
60-75 activity reports = $300
76+ activity reports = $350 + $50 for each additional 15 activities
Requires 10 business days to prepare - rush fees apply for less
