Step 3 - Legal Review
All paperwork must be available in the client file before
scheduling can be done, including Court
Orders, Family Court Service (FCS) Reports, Domestic Violence (DV)
Orders, Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders, Child Protective
Services (CPS) Documents, Releases of Information, Proof of Income
Information, signed Rules & Guidelines
$0 Step 4 - Scheduling
Both parties must agree to schedule
The goal is permanent time slots!
$0 Step 5 - Service Delivery
Financially Responsible Party Pays based on

Court Reports: parties split the costs
1-15 activity reports = $75
16-30 activity reports = $125
31-45 activity reports = $175
45 -60 activity reports = $225
60+ activity reports = $275
71+ activity reports = $325
