Welcome to Hannah's House
Since 1988, Hannah's House has served the San Diego community, protecting children during difficult family transitions. We are a non-government-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides services to families dealing with the stresses of family court, divorce, separation, and child custody. ANNOUNCEMENT: Our Executive Director, Susan Griffin, has been elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the International Supervised Visitation Network on June 2, 2017, just 1 day after we officially celebrated our 29th anniversary serving San Diego children and parents.
We are a small but mighty children's charity dedicated to creating a brighter tomorrow for children by providing a safe place for conflict-free family time.
We offer 4 programs to help our families:
- 2 Home Kids: Agency-based supervised visitation & safe exchange
- Bridges Family Program: Community/home-based supervised visitation, safe exchange and supportive services,
- Transitions Family Program: Therapy and educational programs for Family Court parents and children
- Family Resource Center: Referral resource matching to meet the vital life needs of families in transition
